Nick Littlehales Sleep Coach
- Request a copy for yourself/ myself to keep on file.
- Some GPs are unable to process a request for Vitamin D, if so then request that they book normal blood screening for you to be done in the hospital so that Vitamin D can be checked.
- Have bloods taken first thing in the morning and in a fasted state; preferably during a break from your usual training, if you are an athlete, unless we are investigating markers for muscle damage post-training also.
- All athletes/ patients make a note of general health and energy at the time of testing.
- Female patients/ athletes please make a note of where you are in your menstrual cycle and whether you are/ are not on the pill, so that we can relate the test results to where you are in your menstrual cycle.
- Please request as many of the tests below as possible. If you like to proceed and fill in the chart with your results then this is helpful to me. I will add comments and explain in more detail to you what pattern I am seeing and how this correlates to your health symptoms.
- Please note not all tests will be practical for your GP.
