It all started when I was in my mid twenties, with a small pain in the abdomen, that became most acute when I would bend over. Little did I know how this little pain would force me to make big changes in my life. I did what most people would do when seeking to address something health related: I made an ap-pointment with my doctor. After extensive testing, everything we tried was inconclusive.
Over the course of a year, the pain spread down the right leg and across the lower back. I pretty much just dragged my right leg around. My abdomen slowly swelled until there was a constant state of discom-forting distention. My skin turned a pasty shade of gray with tiny bumps, the greatest concentration being on my back. Looking back on it now, I can understand that my skin looked this way because it was the only organ still detoxifying my entire body. Due to my declining condition, my doctor suggested we try ex-ploratory surgery. My doctor and I discussed best and worst possible scenarios; the worst case would be that they might have to start removing organs.
I clearly remember the moment I regained consciousness in the recovery room. My doctor would not make eye contact with me, and I was thinking, “This can’t be good.” He said, “I have some good news and some bad news. I’ll start with the good news. We did not take anything out; you still have all your organs. The bad news is that every organ from your stomach to your colon is in crisis.” Your liver and small intestine are the worst. I could flip this quarter to determine which organ will shut down first, but most likely you are going to die from either the liver or small intestine shutting down, and I do not know why.”
Looking back on it now, I can see that this specialist, unintentionally, did me the biggest favor of my life. I heard about a rare Chinese form of internal organ massage called Chi Nei Tsang, and decided to try it. Fortunately for me, I stumbled into the office of Gilles Marin, the foremost master in this technique. He worked on me for about ten minutes and then said, “Okay, I am going to tell you what is wrong with you. I’m warning you now it is going to be extremely hard for you to hear, because you have been diagnosed as terminal and been through so much pain for so long. The problem with you is that you are not breath-ing correctly.” My first thought was, “If it was my breathing, I would have been dead long before now.”
Gilles explained that breathing is how we digest our emotions, thoughts and experiences, as well as sup-ply oxygen to the body. “You have absorbed as much fear as a person can, and still be alive, but just barely alive.”
Gilles further explained, “The diaphragm in the body is designed to move downwards on the inhale. Yours is moving in exactly the opposite direction. Instead of going down, it is coming up. It is pulled up so high in the front of your body it is pinching off your liver meridian, cutting off your liver from desperately needed Chi, life force, energy. Your liver is hanging on by a thread now because the flow of energy has been choked off for so long. The result is the liver and the liver meridian are swollen and in crisis. The liver me-ridian comes closest to the surface of the skin where the most nerve endings are, and then dives back down here, here and here (those three spots). So that is where you would be experiencing the most pain. When you learn how to breathe correctly and bring the diaphragm back down, the flow of energy will be restored to your liver, and it will come right back, because there is nothing wrong with your liver. Your doc-tors were right about one thing, you will die if you do not change how you breathe. But you do not have to die, you can reverse this.”
In ten minutes this guy explained my pain, how I got it, and what I needed to do to recover fully from it.
Chi Nei Tsang is designed to be self-administered, so I spent the next several years studying with Gilles. The first year of the recovery process was extremely intense. In addition to retraining the respiration and the actual physical manipulation of the internal organs, an emotional exorcism occurs. The massage is about purging the body of negative emotions and bringing consciousness back to the core of the body. The day of the appointment I would feel great. I could tell I was improving dramatically. Then the next day, I would be an emotional basket case. The fear would just start pouring out of me.
During that first year I also experienced profound changes in the myofacial tissue that surrounds the in-ternal organs. The tissue, responding to years of fear stimuli, had grown very tight and had a death grip around the organs. The combination of the breathing exercises and the emotional releases from organ manipulation caused the tissue to rip loose from the inside out, finally permitting the organs to relax. The sensation of the tissue tearing loose inside the body was a bizarre combination of blinding pain followed by the sweet bliss of relief and healing.
My prayer for you would be that you are never faced with overcoming two terminal diagnoses in your life-time. And if that does find you or a loved one, know you are powerful beyond measure, and there is a wealth of life saving complementary and alternative health wisdom out there for you to discover.

Meditation
I look at the mirr and see this image of myself. I say wow how beautiful i look. Than a few seconds pass. I start to notice things that I wouldn’t see. Than I ask who are you? The answer is I am your higher self. The soul that resides in this body.
Meditation is a amazing process. It helps us align the body and mind with the soul. It is like connecting your computer to the internet. When practice daily meditation we are connecting to the information comes from heaven, space and higher planes coming to our soul in order to experience ever aspect of life. It aids us with the spiritual gifts you may have. Since we are all connected to the same energy source. It is experimenting with what fits you. For example Kriya yoga works excellent for me but it might not suit you. As eel meditation can be going for a walk, drawing and so on. It is about giving your body and mind space to relax, connect with the divine energy source and to become aware of everything around you. It doesn’t matter if you sit in louts position, lie on the bed or do both. What ever fits you.The key of meditation is that it is time for you to check out for a period of time. Than connect with the world your so accustomed to See the difference that meditation brings.
You talk about the benefits of meditation. How can go and practice this process? There are various types of meditations out inhere.
When you read books, criptures and other spiritual texts. They were meditating off in the middle of now where. Yes that sounds gorgeous to check out for the next year in mountains. It kind of lifestyle may fit some peoples. I do think today our lifestyles have increased . where the house has become that mountain. Find a space in the house that suits you needs. Place a rug, indents sticks and special clothing. Yes when you go to monestires that is what you see. I may not have the time to do all that before I have to either go to work or look after the family. So make it as simple as possible. For me I can’t light candles already tried fancy clothing that became an ordeal. It got to a point where I place a blanket folded on the floor. I fold it. I am trying to say is that is about the techquine more than the material items. I have meditated in my underwear.
After a while you will see changes in sutler ways. Meditation works so well it reduces problems and creates solutions. Take a small it of time out for yourself because it is important to personal well-being of you. As well it . Explore because what works for you because thou will find a gem in the busses of life.

A Introduction Night With Aron O’Dowd
Tomorrow night in the Royal Marine Hotel address is Marine road Dun Laoghaire. From 7.30 to 9.30 P.M. Aron O’Dowd will be talking about his spiritual background, what he does as a therapist and many more. As you take the time to read the content on this ebsite. I recommend for anybody who is reading this post to take time out of their day to listen to a inspirational guy.
I am an energy healer who is blind.
Whilst I may not be able to see you in your physical image, I see you as an energetic form. I also have the ability to smell, touch and hear energy. When giving treatments, I work with the hands using the healing system of Reiki. This healing method was divinely designed in Japan in the 19th century. Reiki helps me check out what a client needs at that particular time regarding energetic aspects.
I also check in with my guides, angels and soul energy of a client’s body to see what needs to be adjusted to create a state of balance and relaxation again.
Appointments with Aron available from Friday 21st February.
To book contact Mairead at 087 7468583.
What Would a Client Expect from a Treatment?
Think of your body as a beautiful house. In that house you have various rooms. A particular room in the house is dusty and dirty. Your first reaction would be to clean this room and make it smell and feel prettier.
The same thing applies to our bodies. The body has seven energy points called chakras. These seven chakras are connected to the major organs and systems in your body.
When a person comes for a session, they chat to me about themselves. Then they lie on a plinth fully clothed and I will connect with that person’s energy by placing and hovering my hands over the person. I use the Reiki System of healing, which was sourced from Japan in the 19th century, and now used worldwide.
I also work with the client’s guides and angels. The energy exchange from myself to the client is very subtle and calming as I help to create a state of emotional, physical and spiritual balance in the body.
A treatment lasts about one hour and the cost is €70.

A noddle threw the forest
I live quite close to a forest that is special in some way. I take a walk once every couple of days. Last tuesday it was raining so bad that I was humming and hawing about going for the daily walk. So I decided to go for the walk. Grabbed my wet gear and wellingtons and left for a fresh air for an hour.
At the entrance of the forest I stop and ask the fairies, spirits and guardian of the forests it ok to walk . I get a big yes it is fine to walk threw the forest. This fog comes out of now where and makes it very interesting and mystical to walk throughout the forest. Once
I get to a certain point where your sounded by trees. This is when the magic begins. I stop to hear the wind gallop around the trees. The fairies are dancing, trees creek and the leaves sway with amusement. Than I start to continue my walk and I talk to spirits and guardian of the forest about things that are bothering me or to help me grow as individual. While all this is happening rain lightens of a tiny bit.
At this time of the year I would find certain animals either lost or dumped. I come across this spirited horse who looks like he been around for awhile. I start chatting to him to see if he is ok. Reapplies with yes everything is grand, there is food water and some seller. So I turn around and start walking back the way I had came because I didn’t want to push the same way he had came and also the horse look comfortable.
On my way home I feel so wet. That it feels like soul also received a bath. I arrive home feeling on top of the world and the cobwebs wished out of my hair. Spiritually blessed of taking that walk. I go up and open the animal spirit book because I believe that the animals we see are an indication of where we are at in that moment of time. The horse means you are going on a spiritual trip, freedom and spirited. I read it and and thank the people who look after me in the spiritual world or my guides, guardians and gurus. These messages come to use in order to shake up or lives and make us aware of the other elements of life par spirituality.
Another Year Nearly Wrapped Up
Tomorrow is the last day of 2013. The washing machine cycle is slowing down to finish 2013. After tomorrow another cycle on the washing machine will begin. That cycle will be 2014. Another 12 months of something new. As I look back on my own events that happened this year I am glad to have experience all that happened
So 2014 is on it way to greet us. I wonder what is n store for use on a individual and worldy scale. When I say world scale I mean where will the ride bring us. If you sit on the fence nothing happens. If you ride the bull with logic things will happen. We choose choices which shape our lives.
Ye we have ideas and things to do, create, finish and what ever that idea is follow it. When we follow something that gives us inspiration it makes us get out of bed with hop skip and jump. If live is short why do we put things off or say “oh i’ll do them tomorrow”.
Life is discipline. Without discipline we become lazy and only do that project for some period of time and than get board and start something new or wait a few days and do that again. You may think I am rambling of the point but this also fits in with the year that is ahead of us. Energetically all of 2013 has been the clean the gutter or blocked drains. In the chinese calendar it was the snake and shedding old skin, ideas, characteristics of us we don’t like and so on. @014 will be the year of the horse. Which will be very interesting watch this space.
I wish everybody who reads this blog. Thank you for reading it means a lot to me. I wish everybody a lovely, happy and magnificent year to come.
Chrismas a Special time
Today we are preparing for Christmas day which is tomorrow. As families are busy in preparing food for dinner and the next day.Getting presents for friends, family and co workers. For some people it might be eating and sharing stories with family and friends. Other people might be remembering loved one who pasted away during this time. We forget the people who are homeless for some reason.
A few years ago I attend a monastery for Christmas period. I was shown the other side of Christmas. I was shown the spiritual message of Chirstmas than the commercial. In celebrating christmas it is a balance of the true message of Christmas and commercial side. Not everybody lives in a monastery or Ashram where the outside world is closed up and you pray and meditate. That world maybe for somebody who has asked for it on there soul plan.
This day 2,0000 years Holy Mary and in Jerusalem looking for some place to stay for the night. They tried all the inns and wasn’t excepted. Mary prayed for some where to stay and her prayer was answered. They found this stables and asked could we stay here and the owner said yes you can. The next day Jesus Christ was born . Once every year we celebrate Christmas to remind us about jesus birth.
