Connor Magill – Being Fit, Healthy, and Active

Spread the love

Connor Magill is a personal trainer and the owner of Limitless Fitness gym. His mission is to help local young people and teenagers follow their path to happiness and health. He replaced harmful addictions with a new zizz – a love he gets from fitness.

At the age of 13, he started drinking with his peers, and at 15, he started smoking weed. From that, he moved on to cocaine, ecstasy, LSD, and speed. He was doing drugs three times a week.

Between 18 and 20 years of age, Connor’s life revolved around his drinking and drug-taking, while his mental health continued to worsen.

Connor realized that he had an addictive personality, and if he continued on this way, he would self-destruct. Meeting his wife-to-be and becoming an uncle for the first time helped him to focus on what he wanted from life.

He took up running, then cross-fit, and passed as a personal trainer. Running became his new fix, and he trained between seven to nine times a week. He opened the gym year 2017.

Connor considered himself blessed because he was able to change his behavior. He is grateful for his life and his second chance. It is his turn now to give something back. He decided to stop other young people from making the wrong choices. Every Saturday morning between 8 and 9, he opens the gym and trains teenagers for free under the banner Belief. It is a way of showing his gratitude and giving back.
